Connect Compressed Air

Document image

  1. Push compressed air line onto male pump fitting.
  2. Air pressure gauge should show 50 psi.
    • Carbon does not recommend higher pressure as resin can flow too quickly and lead to resin loss.
    • Adjust regulator as necessary to change air flow.

Operation

Install DPR 10 Bottle

  1. Make sure air valve is in the off (up) position.
  2. Remove spigot cover.
    • A small amount of resin may run out of spigot, especially if pressure is too high.
    • Wipe up any spilled resin before continuing.
  3. Place mouth of empty DPR 10 bottle under spigot.

    • Take care not to overfill.
  3. Remove the bottle from spigot.
  4. Wipe spigot with a shop towel.
  5. Replace spigot cover.
