The Dreve PCU 90 is a UV cure oven that has been validated for use with Carbon one part resins.
A source of nitrogen gas is required to operate the Dreve PCU 90.
- Carbon resins are validated for either the upper (with the displacer) or lower level setup per resin protocol.
- Carbon resins are validated for either the either the upper (with the displacer) or lower level setup per resin protocol.
- Foil may be used to place your parts on while inside the unit, to keep the surface clean from resin.
- Follow operation instructions in the PCU 90 manual.
PCU 90 with displacer
The Dreve PCU 90 is especially useful for production when printing one part resins with an L1 printer due to its large cure chamber that can accommodate many parts.
