Heinzen Spinner
The Heinzen Spinner is an industrial centrifugal spinner that can accommodate up to three platforms at once. The high centrifugal-forces generated by this spinner result in solvent-free cleaning of parts.
A discharge spout allows for recapturing resin spun off of parts during spinning. Resins may be filtered and reused, being mindful that two-part resins must be used within their pot lifewindow.
This spinner is built for the most demanding production environments and enables fast, cost-effective manufacturing of Carbon-based applications.
Platform Loading
When purchasing a Heinzen Spinner for Carbon DLS production, the spin chamber will be equipped to receive an L1 platform, or an adapter for M3 and M3 Max platforms. For both items:
- Slide platform or adapter side rails into slot on both sides
- Fully insert the platform or adapter and click into place
- Load all three slots in the spinner with the same platform to ensure balance

Adapter Installation
Correct installation of the adapter requires both sides to be firmly held in the slots.
Incorrect installation will result in damage to the spinner.

The M3/M3 Max adapter may be left inside the chamber between spins.
It is unlikely that the adapter will need cleaning because resin is pulled away from it during spinning. If, however, resin ends up on this accessory, IPA on a blue shop towel may be used to clean the adapter. Do not spray solvent directly into the spinner; always dampen the blue towel outside of equipment.
Installing the M3/M3 Max Platform The spinner adapter is designed to fit all M3 and M3 Max platforms:

To install the platform, simply slide the platform along the compatible rails on the adapter. Ensure that the platform has fully engaged both rails and is sitting flat against the adapter.
You must use the same platform version on all three adapters to ensure balance.
