M3/M3 Max Printer

Maintenance

5min

Overview

Like all equipment, the M3 / M3 Max printer needs regular maintenance to remain in good working condition.

Adjusting, removing, reconfiguring, or otherwise tampering with any printer components that are not explicitly flagged for user maintenance in this course is strongly discouraged, as it can lead to hardware damage and prolonged and costly periods of machine downtime.

If you have any questions about what is and is not off-limits, please contact Carbon Support.

Use the provided here and in the links below to keep your printer running smoothly. Click the links below to see the maintenance information for each time period.

As of printer software v1.40, the 18 month oxygen subsystem maintenance is no longer required.

If you are running v1.39 or earlier, as in the case of Version Lock customers, the 18 month maintenance is required.
