- Printed parts on platform are transferred directly from printer to part washer.
- Wash cycles use a combination of solvent agitation and air spinning to wash and dry parts.
- Agitation intensity varies based on the wash cycle selected.
- Wash cycle duration is automatically set by the resin being washed.
- Solvent soil load and fill levels are monitored and displayed.
- All part washer functions can be performed from the front display.
- The Smart Part Washer is an internet-connected device. As with Carbon printers, periodic software updates are pushed directly to the part washer.
- M3 Max and L1 platforms are not compatible with the Smart Part Washer.
- User selects the wash cycle.
- Depending on resin, geometry, and wash cycle, the parts may require manual spot cleaning after processing in the part washer.
