Annually
Perform these maintenance actions every year:
Compressed air is essential to the printer's operation to clamp down the cassette and platform as well as operating the tracks that lift the platform up and down.
Pneumatic filters prevent ambient moisture and oil from the air compressor getting into the printer's system. The filter should be replaced annually to keep the printer's pneumatic system operating efficiently.

Locate the Pneumatic Inlet Filter
The filter is located on the left-hand printer frame, about one third down between the deck and floor.
Serviceable parts are denoted with an orange sticker.
Pneumatic Inlet Moisture Check
If water is visible in the clear cylinder, drain before proceeding. Follow instructions from Quarterly maintenance above.
If air hissing is heard and/or there are any alerts displayed on the printer screen related to pneumatic system pressure, check that all serviced components are tightly back in place.
If the clear cylinder is damaged and leaking air, the part can be replaced. Contact Carbon Support for details.
