there are multiple versions of the m2 crate check with carbon support if you have questions about which crate you have m1/m2 uncrating and crating handout english https //archbee doc uploads s3 amazonaws com/uxbzokjjtgpphjapq8fvm cy81rv8dexhlteeucjycu 20250203 232718 pdf videos uncrating video text front door/ramp latches leveling feet (5x) jam nut front wheels rear wheels rear wheel slot remove ramp/door rotate latches back to ensure ramp is flush with the door remove mylar covering remove palstic wrap underneath (use caution with cutting plastic wrap do not touch printer with blade tools) unlatch the block in the back holding the rear wheels in place remove bolts from the front leveling feet clamps raise the 5 elveling feet all the way up to minimize the possibility of contact slowly and carefully roll the printer down the ramp (carefully rock printer side to side as front wheels move onto ramp to ensure that middle leveling feet clear edge of ramp) remove boxes containing platforms and cassettes close crate door and roll printer to desired location (leave rear wheels on as fse will remove them and level pritner upon arrival) crating video text remove platform and cassette before crating remove cap screws from rear wheels reinstall rear wheels and align with holes, then hand tighten capscrews remove spring pins from front wheels reinstall front wheels and align with holes press and release button on spring pin to insert and lock into place use 24mm open end wrench to unlock the jam nuts on all 5 leveling feet and begin threading feet all the way up install front door/ramp on crate roll printer up ramp and back into crate contact the rear wheel slot with the rear wheels and latch the block on top thread down front leveling feet to contact the crate floor install the two clamps onto the front feet and bolt down to the threaded inserts on the crate floor thread down jam nuts to secure clamp thread down middle leveling feet to contact crate floor and thread down jam nuts to lock into place place plastic cover and mylar cover back onto printer lift ramp back into place ensuring it is flush with the front of the side walls close and lock all latches and you are ready to ship!
