Ordering from Carbon
This document explains how to place an order with Carbon for both domestic and international buyers.
US Customers
Order Online
Fast and Most Convenient
You must have a Carbon account in order to access the Carbon Shop.
Ordering
- Order resin and accessories online at the Carbon Shop (login required).
- Registration is required to place an order.
- Only existing Carbon customers can register.
- Some resins and form factors are not available on online. Please contact us at [email protected] if you don’t see what you are looking for.
Shipping
- Shipping options are listed online during Checkout.
Pickup at Carbon offices is not available.
Carbon does not accept international orders online at this time.
Resin credits cannot be used on the website, only via PO.
Order by Purchase Order (PO)
For Customers Unable to Order Online
Ordering
- Send PO’s and/or quote requests to [email protected].
- POs must include
- Unit quantity (not volume)
- Product description and container size
- Color, if applicable
- Unit price
- Total price
- See table below for an example of proper formatting:

Shipping
- Please indicate shipping method* on your PO or email.
- Orders will ship when possible.
- Please refer back to your Sales Order Acknowledgement for dates.
* Dangerous goods (DG) may only ship ground. Overnight not available.
Pickup at Carbon offices is not available.
International Customers
Online Orders Carbon is unable to accept international online orders through the Carbon Shop.
PO Orders Follow the process for placing orders via Purchase Orders. Delivery times are typically 2-3 weeks.
