Solvent Warping can be diagnosed as follows:
- Only RPU 130 resin is affected by this type of warping
- Parts washed OFF platform
Cause - RPU 130 parts washed OFF platform
Solution - Post-Processing
Wash parts ON platform to ensure even exposure to solvent.

RPU 130 parts washed OFF platform can absorb solvent unevenly during washing, which in turn leads to uneven off-gassing during thermal curing.
