L1s are shipped and ready for printing! Contact your sales representative to learn more about our largest build platform printer.
We have included the ability for you to provide a description of the problem you are experiencing on your print in the “Request Help” form. Also in that form, you may securely share your model with your Carbon Technical Partner.
You can still continue to rate your prints. However, if you have previously used star ratings to start your communication with us, please use the request help form instead. We will no longer be responding to low star ratings.
We are working to enhance the look of our user interface to be more clear, consistent, and intuitive. In this release, you will notice stylistic changes to some of your commonly used buttons. The buttons will function as they always have.
We love hearing from you about your workflow, your parts, and how to improve. Keep your insightful feedback and ratings coming.
