During Printing
Review under-adhesion part defect
Go to Under-Adhesion in Part Defects and follow the troubleshooting steps provided.
Check alignment
If you are still experiencing issues with parts consistently falling off the platform, your printer may be out of alignment.
As a very basic test, you can run an an Alignment Squares Test or a Z-stroke calibration test print to see if there are any large issues with your printer's alignment.
The alignment test print is more appropriate when adhesion is observed to vary across the build plane.
The Z-stroke calibration test print shows adhesion is uniformly poor across the build plane.
Please send the results to Carbon Support to determine if alignment may be contributing to the print failures.
Contact Carbon Support with a hardware error.
After running the alignment test print, please contact Carbon Support with a hardware error.
If at any time during the process you are unsure, or if you do not wish to the run the alignment test print on your own, please contact Carbon Support.
The alignment test print is not a perfect method of determining a printer's alignment, and communicating with Carbon Support will be necessary at the end of the test print, regardless of the results.
Contact Carbon Support with a software error.
It is likely that you are experiencing a software error that cannot be fixed without more direct support from Carbon. Please contact Carbon Support to inform them that you are experiencing a software error.

Run an air print
With a new, clean cassette and the same, clean platform, run an air print test of the print that just aborted. If you do not feel comfortable completing these steps, please feel free to directly contact Carbon Support.
If air print aborts...
If the air print aborts, please run a second air print with a new, clean platform and new, clean cassette. If that does not print successfully, contact Carbon Support with a hardware error to report a larger printer issue.
If air print continues...
If your air print continues to print past the point your initial print aborted, please contact Carbon Support with a hardware error to address the defective cassette(s) or platform. You should be able to continue printing successfully using other cassettes and platforms in the meantime.
