This section lists items necessary for installation and initial training.

## Customer Use

The following items are provided by Carbon to be used by the **customer.**

### Network Configuration Device

- Used to test the customer network before installation and training can be scheduled.
- Packaged in cardboard box approximately 20 x 16 x 6 inches.
- **After use, NCD must be returned to Carbon using the included Fedex return shipping label.**

### Remote Familiarization Training Kit (Optional)

- Equipment used for remote training.
- Included if customer chooses remote familiarization.
- Packaged in Pelican case approximately 16.5 x 11 x 6 inches.
- After use, kit must be returned to Carbon using the included Fedex return shpping label.

## Carbon Use

The following items are provided by Carbon to be used by the **Carbon Field Service Engineers (FSEs).**

- These kits are currently for use with **L1 printers only.**
- The kits below are provided at Carbon’s discretion as an alternative to the Onsite Toolkit.
- **After use, items are returned to Carbon by Carbon Field Service Engineers (FSE).**

### L1 Install Kit

This kit is contained in a Pelican case that is approximately 22 x 14 x 9 inches (56 x 36 x 23 cm).
