This document explains how to place an order with Carbon for both domestic and international buyers.

# US Customers

## Order Online

### Fast and Most Convenient

**Ordering**

- Order resin and accessories online at the [Carbon Shop](https://shop.carbon3d.com) (login required).
- Registration is required to place an order. 
  - Only existing Carbon customers can register. 
  - Some resins and form factors are not available on online. 
    Please contact us at [orders@carbon3d.com](mailto\:orders@carbon3d.com) if you don’t see what you are looking for.

## Order by Purchase Order (PO)

### For Customers Unable to Order Online

**Ordering**

- Send PO’s and/or quote requests to [orders@carbon3d.com](mailto\:orders@carbon3d.com).
- POs must include
  - Unit quantity (not volume)
  - Product description and container size
  - Color, if applicable
  - Unit price
  - Total price
- See table below for an example of proper formatting:
  - One product per line item

- Please indicate shipping method\* on your PO or email.
- Orders will ship when possible. 
- Please refer back to your Sales Order Acknowledgement for dates. 

*\* Dangerous goods (DG) may only ship ground. Overnight not available.*

# International Customers
