RPU 70 may be susceptible to smokiness .
To mitigate smokiness:
- Follow burn off procedure closely.
- Optionally, stir dispensed resin with a spatula when using more than one cartridge.

RPU 70 is compatible with salt baking when appropriate for the geometry. Prior to packing in salt, a short UV cure is recommended to aid in the removal of salt post-thermal cure.
- The UV light provides an additional thin layer of green state curing on the surface of the part.
- The thin layer of UV curing minimizes the chances of salt sticking to the part during salt baking and allows for easy removal of salt after the thermal cure.
- Follow resin protocols for UV cure times and apply to each side of the part.
- RPU 70 can be UV cured after being washed in IPA, VF 1, or DPM.
